Job Description
Robert Half is in the search for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to be a part of a large recruitment team for our client in Gresham, Oregon. As a Recruiter, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities that include managing full-cycle recruitment processes, establishing relationships with various stakeholders, and handling applicant inquiries. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity for up to a year.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offering candidates
• Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure they are met
• Write and post job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and applicants to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Handle negotiations and conduct reference checks to verify the information provided by the candidates
• Utilize Applicant Track System and HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for recruitment processes
• Manage employee relations and onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires
• Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process
• Act as the main point of contact for applicant inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Proficient in ATS and HRIS systems
• Experience with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in managing employee relations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
