We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our team at the Coppell office. This role will require flexibility, as there may be opportunities to work out of other offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    • Leverage online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing:

    • Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience from application to onboarding.
  • Recruitment Operations:

    • Prepare and extend job offers, and manage pre-employment processes such as background checks and reference verifications.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Enhance our employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and community outreach.
    • Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials that reflect our company culture and values.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to other office locations as needed.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
