You will be responsible for developing a robust caregiver pipeline and building meaningful relationships with job candidates, establishing trust and understanding before matching them with our clients. The ideal candidate will efficiently and creatively source candidates, including through various niche communities, to support the ever-growing need for premier caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify excellent caregiver candidates and develop relationships of trust while evaluating their candidacy.
- Source candidates from various channels, both online and offline.
- Conduct interviews and evaluations.
- Assist with new employee orientation.
- Help create and maintain personnel records.
Preferences & Requirements:
- Ability to foster strong relationships built on trust with candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating G Suite and ATS systems (Greenhouse).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree
- 3 years of recruiting experience (required)
- Preferred minimum of three years working with a licensed home care services agency (LHCSA) in New York; private pay experience is a plus.
- General experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
