Job Description

Qualifications:
- AT LEAST 2 years of teaching experience with younger kids to adults, or equivalent experience.
- Earned or working towards Bachelor's Degree in Music, Education highly preferred
- Demonstrate comprehensive ability and experience in PIANO and a strong foundation in Music Theory (Knowledge & Experience with other instruments is a plus!)
- Effective communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Open to training and professional development in a team environment
- Must be flexible and able to adhere to the teaching schedule provided
- Must be willing to conduct lessons both virtually by means of video-communication platforms (eg. Zoom) AND in-person.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly private lesson instruction for piano
- Private lessons conducted for children through adults and beginner to advanced level
- Report on students' progress and workload
- Advise students and parents on goal setting, improvement, and encouraging fun and inspiration with music instruction
- Must volunteer time to assist and participate in annual performances and recitals
- Willingness to contribute to a committed teaching staff team
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: $ 18.00 25.00 Per Hour
