We are passionate about creating memorable journeys that transport our guests back in time, with a fleet of meticulously restored vintage vehicles and a team of dedicated drivers who double as storytellers and guides.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the heart of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will manage our driving team, coordinate tour schedules, maintain our calendar, cultivate partnerships, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role requires a blend of logistical acumen, people management skills, and a passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Management: Lead and manage the driver team, ensuring they are fully trained, motivated, and prepared to provide exceptional tours. Handle scheduling, performance monitoring, and provide regular feedback and support.
Tour Coordination: Manage the tour calendar, scheduling, and itinerary planning. Ensure all tours run smoothly and efficiently, addressing any real-time issues that arise.
Partnership Development: Identify and develop relationships with local businesses and tourism partners to enhance tour offerings and drive business growth.
Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including vehicle maintenance coordination, compliance with transport regulations, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld.
Customer Experience: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure all guest interactions are handled promptly and effectively, maintaining Nowaday’s standard of excellence.
Administrative Duties: Manage operational paperwork, reporting, and budgeting. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards.
