Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000/Year to $190,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Kinaxis solutions and a strong background in supply chain network design distribution chain management and demand planning and forecasting. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

 Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain processes.

 Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Demand Planning Supply Demand Balancing and Inventory Planning & Optimization.

 Provide strategic guidance on Kinaxis Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning to enhance operational efficiency.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain strategies.

 Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kinaxis solution architectures.

 Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain.

 Ensure alignment of Kinaxis solutions with overall business objectives and goals.

 Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on Kinaxis functionalities.

 Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented Kinaxis solutions to ensure optimal results.

 Support the development of best practices and standards for Kinaxis solution deployment.

 Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

 Provide expert advice on supply chain network design and distribution chain management.

 Utilize demand planning and forecasting techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

 Possess a deep understanding of Kinaxis Fundamentals and its various modules.

 Demonstrate expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning Supply Demand Balancing and Inventory Planning & Optimization.

 Have a strong background in supply chain network design and distribution chain management.

 Exhibit proficiency in demand planning and forecasting methodologies.

 Show excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

 Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

 Bring a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in supply chain management and Kinaxis solutions.

 Hold a proven track record of successful Kinaxis solution implementations.

 Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Possess the ability to lead and mentor team members.

 Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain challenges.

 Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

 Have a customer-centric mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Kinaxis Certified Rapid Response Author APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
