In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and effective solutions.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Record and update customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Achieve and maintain performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
