We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and effective solutions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Achieve and maintain performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
